"Rooms are being remodeled.But there is 2 staff members that have made this stay awful. The older cleaning lady that is supposed to do the housekeeping has given my dad nothing but problems she complains about doing any housekeeping. My dad is disabled and she makes him leave the room with him having a bad back.
