"This hotel needs a renovation. Dark, dirty, musky. The lighting is bad, ventilation on bathroom non existent. Breakfast was not good either or visible - we weren’t sure where it was and no staff told us. "

"My friend and I stayed for our weekend at the Dollywood Run. Room was very clean, roomy, comfortable beds, easy to get to, close to Dollywood (3.3 miles). The pool stayed packed! We enjoyed our stay. We will be booking again for Dollywood’s Fall run. "

"Every room has a balcony that either looks out over the river or the shopping area. Room doors are well made so once closed, the noise does not bother you. We looked out over the shopping street and loved it. Usually noise keeps me awake but not here. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The pillows are too soft for my taste but are quality."
