「We stayed at the Stables cottage in Clarendon Cottages. I have been staying at the Dandenong Ranges for 20 years but I was extremely impressed with this place. Visually just gorgeous - attention to detail - and every effort made for a comfortable stay. The Stables is a twin bedroom cottage - with beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Our night included breakfast and our own private garden, cupboard with toys and games and even a decanter of port with glasses!! Just wow!! I will not hesitate to rebook...

「Lovely property, secluded stay in the forest. The water in the spa came out dirty but otherwise a wonderful getaway. Maybe put some lights up along the path so it’s easy to see at night when driving into the area. 」

「Lord the design and spacious rooms. Lounge too difficult to get out of. Slippery tiles in the bathrooms.」

「Lack of staff at reception for check-in. I checked in and being asked to obtain a credit card, when I am getting in, someone come to ask to solve a problem. I have been waiting patiently for few mins but not solved yet. And I drive the car out to wander around the site for another 20 mins and return. The staff is still talking to that person to solve the problem. I don’t want to be rude but I spent more than enough time in waiting for someone to cut me out and finish the check in finally at 8pm....

「沒有住酒店的感覺，每天無人清潔房間，杯碟要自己洗，垃圾要自己清理，攞苦來辛。前台由朝到晚都沒人，check out 亦無人理，全部自己搞掂，全講不上有任何服務。」

「The facilities were great, warm and inviting. Everything as clean and tidy. the only downer was room service was not directly available from the room. Had to physically go to the Dining room to organize. Meals were great.」

「The hotel definitely cannot be called Grand. It was build on a pub. But it is true it has a long history, built in 1833. It is not value for the money paid. First the checkin means calling the people from pub counter to the checkin desk to give you the key. And there is no elevator at the hotel, handicapped or large suitcase people not suggest to go. For the wind change in the bathroom, it cannot be even more noisy. I booked with the most experience room category, however the bedroom is facing...
