「It was a nice property and comfortable for us. The owner was quite helpful and provided the amenities when we asked. He was also kind enough to drop us at Glasgow central.」

「Everything was wonderful except there was nothing in the ad to say you have to contact the owner if you have a car. It just says self-parking available. Please call before you arrive and be prepared to pay a 50 pound deposit for the fob which let's you into the parking behind the hotel.」

「Room is spacious and comfortable. All furniture have nice finishes. Has full kitchen and cooking appliances. The bar stools on the island are a bit too high however, so we have to stand while eating. Great location in the city center. Parking is decently easy once you find it. There is a homeless shelter right near the entrance, so it’s a bit uncomfortable. The rooms are a bit hard to find, and a longer walk from the car park, but the staff tried to provide detailed instructions to facilitate.」

「I would stay again, and will, but the room had no plug in the sink which a number of gnat flies came from. When I informed the host, they were apologetic and said they would inspect the room. I have stayed here before and this is the only occasion this has happened」

「The room looks nice, and I think the location is good. However, the maintenance could definitely be better. There’s no elevator, and the fan really needs a good cleaning. There were also no instructions on how to use the Google controller, which I think is also the thermostat. After about two hours of going back and forth by email, they finally told me to use the panel on the boiler to adjust the room temperature. As someone from Thailand, I’m not used to dealing with a giant boiler connected...
