"Booked a twin queen bed suite for this stay and was told it was a garden view only to discover it was a view of the parking lot. Then there was a significant water leak which flooded our room while we were out for a walk and soaked our suitcases. The repair man came while we were having dinner, however, when we returned the leak was starting to pool water in our room again. The hotel offered to switch us to a standard room and a $200 refund which I felt was rich when we had booked a suite. We weren’t interested, so thankfully Expedia issued a full refund and we drove back to Miami late that evening. "

"Roman was GREAT!! Parking terrible. Once you get a parking spot, you do not want to leave until you have to. Have to walk 2 blocks and more to find a place to eat. If elderly like us, hard to get around. Very clean. Seem to be safe area. Old town charm."

"Beautiful property with lush tropical garden, quaint pool, lovely porches. Staff addressed a concern immediately. Our family enjoyed a 2 bedroom with full kitchen. Appreciated the sparking Perrier water and bakery credits for the morning! Lovely furnishings. "

"Never got new towels or linens during our 8 night stay. Only two rolls of toilet paper also. I asked the cleaning staff/service for more toilet paper one day. There was a language barrier. They did a lot of talking amongst themselves, but no one came over and talked to me after I asked the lady in the courtyard about it. Great location and a straightforward place to stay. No glam, but a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. "

"Eden House has everything you need: a pool, hot tub, free coffee and water, onsite parking, a tiki bar, you name it. A great location that’s walkable to all the action on Duval, but just far enough away to stay quiet. Will stay here from now on!"

"Said the front desk was open till 7. Arrived and 20 till and no one was there. Put my key in the late arrival box and the key didn’t work. Couldn’t go to the front desk because they were gone already. Had to call the emergency number to get someone to get a correct key. Had to wait 35 minutes for the key man to arrive. Was late for a reception because of this. When I explained what happened to the front desk the next morning the response from the gentleman at the front desk was “ it happens”. Great customer service. Besides that everything was fine "

"This place exceeded my expectations,accommodation was great, easy short walk to old town and all the sightseeing areas. The apartment is inside a very safe building with 3 security doors.Mini markets in each block to find groceries. Tons of restaurants everywhere and all kinds. There is a full kitchen which is a plus for my family. There’s a washer but no dryer, although our clothes only took overnight to dry out completely. Every detail was thought out with perfection. Thank you Praga host !!! I will consider this Beautiful Gem 1000% if I ever return to this Magical City… that looks like taken out of Magical Story Book♥️"
