"My family and I booked this hotel as part of my sons 7th birthday and a trip to Leeds Castle. The staff had so very kindly surprised us with a birthday banner and balloons which absolutely made his day and added that special touch. We found all the staff from reception, restaurant, cleaners to be lovely, so friendly and great customer service. We will be staying again. "

Can’t beat this place for what it is: convenient, budget accommodation done well. Unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits candle in reception, alongside sweets, lollipops and dog treats. A great little stay!"

"This hotel needs some serious TLC, room was just tired with water leak stain on the celling. Chairs in the room and breakfast hall were rocking quite wildly. Breakfast was good - recommended. Parking was convenient. This hotel needs renovation."
