「There is parking behind the waitrose and staff walked us there after their shift had ended to ensure we understood the parking App since tomorrow is the Farmers Market on High Street and we would have to move the vehicle early. Now it’s all sorted and paid in advance. Of course it’s an older hotel and everything is crooked and settled, but you should come here for that eclectic experience, as we did. I just miss the old mural that was painted in the pub before, replaced by a more modern map. 」

「The staff were amazing, the room was clean and the food was tasty. It's located right in the heart of the town, so the antiques shops were moments away and I had a blast. There's a super convenient long term car park by the train station with a foot path that comes out right near the hotel so it was easy to park and bring bags in. Can't say enough about how lovely the staff were. It was a busy weekend and they were possibly understaffed but all did a great job. 」

「Arrived late after a long motorcycle ride. Kitchen had closed but Emma arranged for a meal for us regardless. Emma and Adam have only had this place since beginning of year but have plans for some renovation. There welcome, service and food were superb, especially the fab breakfast. Glad to have met Emma and Adam (again) and I wish them both well in their future plans. Thanks both.」

「We were given a handi cap room which was not the best as everything was low sink, bed ect. We were not informed prior to our stay I would have booked elsewhere. To find our room was like a rabbit warren if a disabled person had to walk to the end of long and narrow corridors it would terrible. Not impressed at all」
