「Room was clean, modern looking bathroom, great shower heads. Room had no place to put clothing except a small closet in bathroom. Nightstands had small shelves but we basically had to live out of the suitcase. Beds were comfortable and we slept well」

REALLY enjoyed the wonderful new towels, the number of pillows, the efficient bathroom… the modern lobby and “Complimentary Breakfast”. Having traveled a great distance, my husband and I were looking forward to breakfast the following morning. Upon our arrival downstairs the next day, around 8:00am, we were greeted with Yogurt, cut up fresh fruit, Oatmeal, cereal, bread/bagal. This was a good choice, however...

「My pillow had mold in it and when I asked for a new one I was given attitude. The manager was nice the next morning. The restroom had hairs in it. The breakfast was gross. The orange juice was more like orange flavored water. The bathroom door was bar door style and kept getting stuck. It did not give much privacy. The night staff were overheard making fun of guests.」

「Was a decent room. The view was great! Looked over the Gulf and I loved it. Could even see the children playing in the pool down below. However, I thought it was weird to not have a microwave nor a fridge in my room. I liked the setup of the bathroom. The door didn’t have a lock on it but now that I think about it, idk if any hotel bathroom does. Idk. Front desk member Chris was very kind and helpful. I loved my complimentary cookie per usual, and I did enjoy my stay. Would stay there again.」

「Rooms smell of stale cigarette covered with Lysol even though I asked for a non smoking room. Fridge had moldy pizza that had been there for who knows how long. Smoke alarm was not connected to wall and battery was removed. Walls have stains and holes throughout room. Bathroom was a step up from a gas station restroom. Carpet had stains throughout floor. I am 99.99% sure no one ever cleaned the room and if they did that is horrifying. Security lock on door was non existent and rain water was...

「A very nice hotel in a great location and close walking distance to casinos, restaurants, and the beach. Very secure and private. As pictured, the patio seating area was relaxing, and the room is spacious. Will definitely stay here again.」

「Property and staff is amazing. We had a very unfortunate situation in which my fiancé wallet was lost, and Security did everything in its power to locate the wallet, even though we didn’t find it, they provided all the resources necessary at their disposal」
