"Small hotel, needs a refresh, carpet is pulling up and has rolls from all the suitcases. Bed is extremely hard as are the pillows. If you’re in a pinch and don’t want to leave the airport you will get a captive audience hotel."

The staff were very helpful, we wanted to ship our luggage to the next hotel and the staff brought it themselves as their shipping service was unable to bring it there and wished us a good trip in Japan and apologized for the inconvenience.
