"The property as a whole especially the location is great. But the rooms need a little bit of renovation. The location is very nice and just 3-5 minutes walk to Tokyo Bay station that will bring you to the entrance of the Disney resort, ikspiari mall and maihama station. We had a great stay. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. If I have to go back to Disney Tokyo, I will stay there again."

"We we're first taken a back at the size of the room, we had three twin beds with two adults and two young kids, but quickly realized that the hotel was set up to be very functional. The two main beds were tall enough to easily fit luggage underneath to keep them out of the way. Having a toilet in a separate area was really useful and there is plenty of lighting to keep the room bright. Next time, I would ask for a room facing the main street, the back rooms are right behind another building (within an arms reach) pretty much eliminating natural light in the room. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The amenities were useful, with additional amenities available in the lobby whenever you need it (e.g. new hairbands). We also appreciated the all day coffee and soda machine. The area is super convenient, located just 5 minutes outside of Tokyo station and another 6 minutes from Nihombashi station. The 7-Eleven and Family Mart are close and great for snacks. Would happily stay here again"

"Title: Disappointing experience with zero service — not worth the price I rarely leave reviews, but after staying at 5 different hotels during this trip to Japan, this was the only one that felt truly disappointing. We stayed here for two nights, and there was absolutely no housekeeping service. We had to tie up our own garbage bags and leave them outside the door, and do the same with our used bath towels just to get fresh ones. It felt like there was zero service provided. On top of that, if you need an iron, you have to go down to the lobby to borrow it and return it immediately after use, which is very inconvenient. When booking, I accidentally missed adding my 15-year-old daughter. They charged us an extra 20,000 JPY for the two nights to upgrade us to a "family room," but in reality, they just added an extra bed. The room itself had no highlights whatsoever—the layout and design were extremely basic and ordinary. Compared to apartment hotels, this place falls way short. I previously stayed at Hotel Monday Apart in Ueno, and the living experience there was vastly superior to this hotel. I would not recommend staying here."
