「I booked around 6pm and when I got there they didn’t have a room. I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Ages later they went and got the cleaner, who was probably having dinner with her family at 8pm, to ‘prepare a room for me’ which was apparently ‘locked for next season’. Appalling room condition. Very very outdated, damp walls smelled so intensely I couldn’t sleep...

「Although ours was stated as a seaview, it wasn't really, just a very slight glimpse through a bush, but we were ground floor. Also, just 2 nts so not an issue but pointing out in case it's important to you. The apartment was fine for a night or 2, spacious but a bit old fashioned. The kettle didn't work but i borrowed a neighbours and didn't want to complain again as they kindly got the internet fixed when we arrived. 「Room was amazing , I chose the private pool… and it was a nice size and lots of privacy ! Everyone was great , … my only frustration in paying for all inclusive yet wanting to also see the island was everything shuts down re food at 9:30 pm .. including room service etc …. Also filled first day some sodas and such in the fridge however no way to open them as it needed an opener , and key card in the slot so when you came back at end of day fridge was warm, room very warm and stuffy etc … ,...
