"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! Food was not superb except for the Golden Sun Restaurant which you must reserve and can go only once a week. The service...

"The air conditioner leaked all over the floor when on so had to put a saucepan there to collect the water. Other than that, was a pleasant stay - great location just wish it was given a little bit of love. "

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo studios 8 notti e devo dire che siamo stati bene! Camera pulita . ogni due giorni cambio lenzuola e asciugamani anche se gli ultimi 3 giorni non ce li hanno cambiati.. Unica nota negativa e ' stata la doccia , la quale non aveva il gancio per fermare il telefono e lo si doveva tenere in mano , ed una tenda di plastica da fare da box doccia e di conseguenza il bagno si bagnava un pochino . Che dire....qualità prezzo 10 proprietari gentilissimi da consigliare👍 "

"It was a wrong decision to choose this terrible hotel, staff have bad hospitality we were trying to avoid asking anything especially the old guy, he showed very bad attitude, breakfast is very poor, bad taste and very bad quality. Location is very far from the center and the town you must have a car, it's close to a nice beach but Kos has great beaches everywhere. Room cleanliness was less then average, they provide only 2 towels and 1 bath mat, no aminities at all (soap, shower gel, shampoo..)...
