「I booked around 6pm and when I got there they didn’t have a room. I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Ages later they went and got the cleaner, who was probably having dinner with her family at 8pm, to ‘prepare a room for me’ which was apparently ‘locked for next season’. Appalling room condition. Very very outdated, damp walls smelled so intensely I couldn’t sleep...

「Das Hotel war einfach traumhaft schön. Tolle saubere Zimmer, direkte Strandlage, super viel Auswahl beim Essen, mehrere Pools mit super Animation. Die Hotelanlage ist groß und total schön angelegt mit vielen bunten Blumen und Palmen. Rundum einen tollen Urlaub gehabt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.」

「Mega freundlicher Empfang - immer hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Essen - große Auswahl und köstlich. Zimmer schön und groß genug. Kinderanimation super. Sauberkeit puhhh - die Gläser sind milchig und wenn man Pech hat noch Lippenstiftreste vorhanden. Die Putzfrauen machen das Bett und wischen den Boden, der Rest wird übersehen. 」

「Bella struttura con tante camere vista mare e molto verde. Ottimi spazi piscina e mini spiaggia con 10 ombrelloni. La camera è spaziosa e pulita anche se il bagno non è stato pulito tutti i giorni. Per lo standard italiano le 4 stelle non si trovano in sempre e con poco sforzo alcuni servizi potrebberoessere migliorati.」

「We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff at reception, the bars and restaurants were very helpful and friendly. We used the beach more than the pool but both were excellent. Although there was was only one restaurant, the buffet served different meals throughout our holiday. There was also pizza and gyros available at the beach.」
