「The property was very neat and clean and very easy to find from the nearby metro. The rooftop gives a great view of the city and the breakfast they offered was wonderful! Where this hotel really shines is with the staff! Everyone was so nice and helpful! They all went out of their way to accommodate our needs and provided us with fantastic recommendations on what to see in the city. Truly some of the best service we've ever had!」

「One of the best apartment-hotel stays we’ve ever had! AVAL has all the amenities you’d need and extremely helpful and responsive staff. The terrace and pool spaces are lovely and peaceful, the wi-fi was great, and even the room temperature stayed cool despite the hot weather outside. The manager Yannis was attentive and provided us with detailed information about nearby restaurants, markets, and places to go. and went above beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. Highly highly recommended!」

「Whenever I book a cruise that is not leaving out of New York I always come in at least one day early. This cruise I stayed at The Alex Hotel and it was wonderful! Ten minutes car ride from the port, clean hotel, bed and hot water was great. Staff was very accommodating even before I arrived. Set up a taxi before my arrival so I didn’t have to worry about a thing after an 8 hour flight. I would recommend this hotel hands down. 「It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing.
