「The staff were absolutely amazing and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The breakfast team went above and beyond to make sure our family had everything we needed, even putting together a goody snack bag to send with our college daughter. It was such a thoughtful touch and really stood out! We had two king suite rooms, and they were spotless, very comfortable, and perfect for our family. 「We were greeted immediately upon our arrival with the smell of freshly baked cookies and popcorn - an every afternoon occurence. Efficiently checked and directed to a great local restaurant. We had a full kitchen in our suite making it easy to bring home leftovers or prepare simple meals. The location was ideal for our visit and also shopping, walking and general "to do" errands. We would defintely return and recommend it to our friends.」

「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」
