「After driving 12 hrs and exhausted we finally arrived to checking to our room that we booked a week ahead. Only to find out they only check in guest from 3 to 6 pm , this was not made clear on the booking site ! This is a hotel . My children and I had no where to sleep in the dead of night with no cell phone signal in the middle of nowhere at 11 at night . After no success in reaching the hotel staff we needed up driving a Treacherous Road almost hit six deer but finally found a town two hours...

「It's a motel and the location is pretty good. Everything is in walking distance since it's a small town. Yet, the lodge is too old and it's on the main street. You can hear everything, even the snores next door.」

「I feel the website needs to include the picture of the 'overflow' building where we had to stay because they had no more rooms available in the main building. No where on the website is the 'overflow' building shown or mentioned which looks nothing like the main building from the outside. We noticed possible non client random people outside the parking lot/wall/trash dumpster on their phones and or smoking. I had to close my room door fast so the cigarette smoke wouldn't come in the room. Also...

「Our 2 room suite had a separate bedroom. There was a sitting area with tv so my wife could watch late night tv while I went to bed. I get up early so I could make coffee and not disturb Her. Well laid out room . More hotels should be like this! Also the room rate was beyond reasonable!」
