「This was the best experience at a hotel that I've had in a long time. Paige was proactive in making sure I would be there before the front office closed so that I would have instructions for checking in after hours. I checked in at the regular time and I could not get hot water in the shower, and Paige came right over to my room and fixed the issue immediately. also, upon check-in, there was a very sweet personalized note welcoming me to the hotel.
