This hotel was a hidden gem close to everything. The beach, restaurants, CVS and much more. The hotel room was clean and very nice. The staff was super helpful, pleasant and very nice. The morning breakfast was very good as well. This is the first time we've been here and this stay was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

The room was very dark, the bathroom door was broken and table. The patio had the AC from the room leaking all over so it was wet out there to enjoy.. the tub was dirty. The staff was very friendly, but I’d never stay there again. The table we’d eat at had little strange bugs all over it. I didn’t notice until the next morning before we left. We didn’t eat at it. We were very disappointed

Juno Beach is a lovely, laid back beach. The hotel is across the street from beach access. There is a beautiful walking path along the ocean if you like to jog/walk. The pool at the hotel is a nice size and it was heated! The day we were there was chilly. Breakfast was really good! Hot items like scrambled eggs, pre-made omelets, biscuits with sausage gravy, oatmeal, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, pastries, etc. The hotel provides beach chairs, towels and even bikes at no charge! Hotel is within walking distance to several eateries. Juno beach is very chill, unlike more built up and busy Ft Lauderdale, which we enjoyed. The hotel itself provides fine enough amenities. We were on ground floor with a patio but a large hedge was there so you couldn’t see anything. I understand privacy but I wouldn’t have minded a view of the pool. I do not believe the hotel has an ocean view. Would have loved a hot tub but knew there wasn’t one. Staff was friendly especially at breakfast and the clientele were as well

There was no beach view. You are actually blocks from the beach access. We were told there were no king bed rooms but there seem to be empty rooms. The breakfast was not good. There was no bacon and the eggs were egg substitute. Our room had no coffee pods and the housekeeper never left any. I had to go to the front desk to get replacements every day. The location was excellent and close to everything we wanted to do, so it over shadowed everything we didn’t like about the facility.

There was no beach view. The hallway to the room was poorly lit and the walls were dirty. The entry door was difficult to open and shut. The neighborhood was sketchy - especially as the nightfall came. My wife did not feel safe and after her first night I relocated her to another hotel which was less expensive and far nicer in Boca Raton. This property is not as advertised in photos.

Room was clean, bed comfy, pillows comfy. Room had a patio with 2 chairs and small table to sit at outside the sliding door. Washer/Dryer worked fine. Lint filter traps. needs to be replaced wearing out. Faucet in sink had low water pressure. Sink faucet should have a longer spout. It is too far back from the sink and water spills everywhere when you wash your hands. Pressure in shower was hot and pressure was fine. Pool had towels and water was clean, a nice temp and plenty of seats. Parking was free and plenty of parking spots. Check in was fast and efficient. Told us about breakfast. Internet service had periods of being slow but not enough to be bothered by. Had a lot of plugs in the room which is important when traveling. Had a small table with chair near bed and also a chair at the desk. Problems in bahtroom-- the toilet roll holder had only one side to hold the roll of toilet paper, it was leaning too far to one side and it kept falling off the holder. The towel hanger near the shower needs to be tightened very loose, and there is some rust near the flloor, by the shower door. One big problem we had is the security lock on the door. It is hard to lock at night and in the morning we had a hard time getting it unlocked. It definitely needs to be replaced. Breakfast was wonderful. They had a large quantity and variety of foods. We love the cinnamon buns. All the foods were being constantly replenished. The man that worked that area was friendly and helpful

The staff at departure was not as accomodating as expected. The room was dark and depressing and faced the parking lot. It was so noisy with doors closing and someone using a power tool in the morning. The tub had rust in several spots. The faucet was not working properly. It definitely needs upkeep.I would never stay here again.

The review of the hotel said the room was oceanview and it was not. Also I booked through Expedia and opted to pay at the property. The staff told me that they couldn’t print out a receipt because Expedia was billing me which wasn’t the case as my credit card statement showed Holiday Inn billing me. Very disappointed in the staff as well as the cost of the room. Not worth it…
