「Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a disabled access which was great. Only negative. 「This really was an excellent stay. We were a bit apprehensive due to some of the reviews about rooms being tired, so we specifically asked and paid for a refurbished room (40 in total). We also had a pitch view room, which is a unique experience. Checked in at reception in 10 seconds flat, the same for checking out.
