「Very quiet area to stay and great opportunity to recharge/relax in the spa/gym facilities. Our room was nice and big with an extra comfy bed. Kitchen offers gluten free food for breakfast and the rest of the day. Plenty of parking available.」

「I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. 「Unclean and a little run down. Did not even have a bed side lamp so not able to read my book without disturbing my partner. We didnt spend any time in the livingroom as the couch was dirty with lots of marks on it. Lots of rules and high safety deposit that were not informer about until after the cancellation day had past. They have the right to enter the appartment while youre there wirhout notification but anything that you loose while there, even in a safe, they will not be responsible for....
