「Clean rooms relaxing spa 」

「I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. 「Lovely breakfast provided and thoughtful, ample parking and easy access to the ao arena, taxis and takeaways nearby easily located would reccomend, only thing was working out the heating ! 😀 」

「This really was an excellent stay. We were a bit apprehensive due to some of the reviews about rooms being tired, so we specifically asked and paid for a refurbished room (40 in total). We also had a pitch view room, which is a unique experience. Checked in at reception in 10 seconds flat, the same for checking out. Room spotless, newly refurbished, great shower, comfy bed, can’t ask for anymore than that. Just off Middlebrook retail park with loads to do 」
