「Beautiful property. 」

「Gran Hotel Soller styles itself as _the_ luxury property in the town, and by and large delivers. Excellent location near the main plaza but surprisingly quiet. Airy, high-ceilinged room. Some rooms have balconies, others French doors to open. Lovely views of surrounding mountains, and there is a torrent (a kind of canal) at the back of the property that is lovely to listen to. Excellent breakfast buffet and helpful staff. One of the few places in Soller with parking on site, though there is not...

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. Hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood 2 minutes from the beach. Not far to walk to nice breakfast spots like Petit Nola and Lily’s to watch the world go by. Hotel...

「Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Lager ist perfekt, man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß und ist auch schnell am Strand. Das Restaurant Rizzi ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Wir haben sehr lecker dort gegessen. Typisch italienischer Koch.」

「We upgraded to Red Level, which was worth it because of the room upgrade, breakfast was included and the lounge facilities that included free drinks (beers, cava, wines and soft drinks with nibbles) and tapas from 1700-1900 each day. We had a great view of the marina, bay and the cathedral in the distance. Very friendly staff, who were more than helpful. 」
