「Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Guest Experience We recently stayed at Ranch Motel in San Antonio, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story. Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. The shower floor was peeling, the walls were poorly maintained, and there was visible rust and deterioration throughout the property. There’s a difference between vintage charm and...

「Very clean room and the environment so quiet comfy」

「The house was super clean, comfortable and beautiful. We felt at home. The location was perfect, near River Walk, Airport and the Frost Bank Center where the concert was. The check in process was really easy and Tania sent me all instructions with enough time to get ready for my trip. I will definitely recommend this house for your next visit to San Antonio. The price is also very good compared to all Hotels I checked. Thumps up!!!!」

「Close to riverwalk- few minutes drive. 」

「Property never read or replied to my massage and I continent feel comfortable checking in at the property late without speaking to somebody and I did inform the property that if I needed to check in by a certain time that I can take an uber up there to do so, but I just never heard back. And it is not stated when you're making a reservation hat you can check in after 4pm but before 1130 pm if I would have known that when booking it, I wouldn't have booked it」

「Quick access and convenience to downtown while being trendy and clean!」

「This property was very convenient to downtown SA and a great value for the fee. The information shared by the host was the most informative of any I've incountered. The bedding was very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. There was one more bath than was listed on the site. It had the best lightening of any vacation property I've rented. There were 5 beds, but one bedroom only had a futon which may be ok for younger renters.」

「get the roaches gone this is a 10/10 spot.」
