「so nice and the bed was so comfy!」

「I loved this quaint boutique type hotel. Great rooms in an old building. It was raining when we got there, and the front desk was very helpful. Letting us unload and then go park the car. Parking is pretty convenient for being a downtown hotel. If you can't get spot in the lot right behind the hotel, it is only a block away. We were plesantly surprised that their was a 'speakeasy' in the basement. And it had amazing cocktails and food. Perfect after a day of checking out local breweries...

「Easy to book, locate, and access! I usually stay at IHG properties but I will consider these in the future. The no contact experience was so easy to use. The property itself was so clean, had chilled water in the fridge and complimentary cookies. The AC was excellent. The walk in shower and studio was plenty of room for 2 adults. The location is great for anyone looking to spend time at CSU or old town Fort Collins.」

「I definitely would not call it “Breath Taking” as the description Title stated. The place is ordinary, no dressers or hangers in closets to store clothing. There are no electrical outlets by the bed to charge phones. The “air conditioning” is a noisy window unit that is only in the front room. Bedrooms are very hot and you have to open windows for air…which allows the noise and cigarette/pot smoke from the neighbors. The unit is clean, nice location, easy parking, and has comfortable beds. 「Rude front desk person, the room was filthy and had bugs. The door locks were both broken. Room on the ground floor, next to pool and no other rooms. Smelled too. Asked the front desk for a different room because I felt unsafe in a ground floor room with no lock. She said there were no other rooms. Asked for a refund and she said tough luck. Horrible service and hotel」

「Room was clean upon arrival. Miscommunication with cleaning staff and attempted to rectify for room cleaning needs towards end of trip. Never got fresh bedding and had to ask for replacement towels. Three days we made sure we did not have the do not disturb sign hanging and spoke to the mgr on duty but room cleaning never came. Great area. Seemed quiet most of time.」
