"The hotel is showing its age and lacks structural investment. The rooms lack a lot of niceties other hotels offer. Even the soap bar is tiny. "

"Mostly good. Mostly clean and comfortable room. I stayed 3 days, and had issues with no hot water twice. It was resolved, but only quickly once. The second time took a while, causing me to have to shower elsewhere. "

"I upgraded our rooms at a cost for better beds and more room but the beds were HORRIBLE and very hard. We stayed close to the hospital for a good night sleep and didn’t sleep. The rooms need to be renovated because they look old: paint peeling, stained showers, running toilets etc. I stayed there 10 years ago and it really has gone downhill. It was close to the hospital though."
