"Very comfortable and quiet, Lovely breakfast"

"Everything was near perfect. Except the toilet had a very bad odour. The hotel tried their best to appease my wife and me. On the last night offered to upgrade is to a suite - unfortunately it was too late. They should have dinner so at the time of our check-in when I requested an upgrade as part of our VIP package entitlement! According to them "the hotel is full". I wonder how the suite was available? But I must add that the staff were very good, extremely polite and helpful."

"This is a small hotel out of the centre of town but only a short gojek ride to museum etc. The outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff - always smiling, pleasant and keen to help. The restaurant is perfectly adequate and the pool area not too noisy. The room, although spacious, cool and comfortable, lacked a view ( ground floor ), looking out onto a wall and a few plants. This may be better upstairs so suggest checking first if this is important. "

"My only issue is that the resort is a little out of the way but not so much that I would not go back. I wish there was more of a bar, community meeting area, as we never really met anyone staying at the resort which was very different than our previous resort. The breakfast was very nice and fresh. Our room was never cool but not hot. The staff were very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. "

"I recently stayed at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali, and it was a fantastic experience—especially for a first trip to Bali. Since it was my first time visiting, I chose Westin for the comfort and reliability, and it definitely delivered. The property is beautiful, and the location in Ubud is peaceful and scenic. The infinity pool is stunning, and one of my favorite parts of the stay was the food—especially the healthy options and their ginger shots, which I absolutely loved. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. I had to request a room change on the first day, and they handled it immediately and smoothly, which I really appreciated. One small note—the hotel is listed as walking distance to some places on Expedia, but in reality, you’ll likely need transportation. That said, everything is still relatively close and easy to reach. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and wellness-focused place in Ubud, I would highly recommend The Westin. "

"Very nice and spacious room and big bathroom. The water pressure was little bit weak. The TV was in the room, but the channels were not working. I have been given a breakfast which was included, but no one has asked me what type of eggs I want. when a family arrived, the family got asked what type of eggs they would prefer and that was little bit annoying, because I have been given unhealthy fried egg, where my preference would be either omelette or scrambled eggs. But in all it was nice and quiet place. "

"The room very clean and beautiful, but they had construction and I was not advise of it they did not mention it on their site..they should have it just changed completely the vibe..their pool is also very small so it looks bigger on the images than it is...their breakfast is ok..I had better than that...I would rate it 3.5 stars.."
