The resort is a little paradise in Bali— beautiful, peaceful, with attention to every little detail. The rooms were lovely, the people so kind and helpful, and well located for walking to the shops. We will definitely return!

Relaxing garden cottages

I loved my stay here! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The cottages were huge and surrounded by a very relaxing garden atmosphere. The massage at the spa was fantastic! The food at the restaurant was delicious. I would definitely go back.

Perfect stay

I loved this place! Not right in the main hustle of Ubud but about a 5-10 min walk. Quiet, beautiful rooms and a lovely pool. Did a cooking class right at the hotel, which was amazing. I loved the nightly 'bedtime' story that was put on the pillow with turndown serivce. Unbeatable staff- everyone was incredibly helpful and nice. Went on my first scooter ride with Iyu, who also gave a fantastic massage. I will definitely stay here again!

Boutique Hotel that needs to up its game

The property is away from the hustle and bustle of the market of Ubud, which is good and bad as you it is a 20 minute walk to the market. The suites are good, although cleanliness has much to be desired...the turnover was done but garbage in the room was not cleared!!! Breakfast is not buffet style but rather al-carte...you choose what you eat from a menu.

The location is conveniently close to Ubud town center (literally just a few minutes drive or scooter ride away), but also just far away enough for you to enjoy a quiet and relaxing evening away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, we were blown away by the staff. We stayed in multiple hotels across Bali, but Sri Ratih had, by far, the best. Shout out to Ms Sri who gave us a warm greeting and Ms. Ayu, the excellent and talented masseuse. They even hooked us up with an excellent personal driver - Mr. Made, who was the most professional, caring and safest driver we had in Bali. If you’re looking for a quiet place to rest and heal while also being not too far from the action, you cannot go wrong with Sri Ratih.

아름다운 정원+훌륭한 스파

수페리어 룸은 좀 실망스러워서 다음날 디럭스로 방을 옮겼습니다. 조금 더 지불했지만 결과는 대만족!! 발코니를 통해 보는 정원도 너무 아름다웠고, 수납공간도 충분해서 좋았습니다. 특히 이틀 연속 스파에 갔는데 투숙객은 할인 혜택도 있었고, 새소리+닭소리 들으며 훌륭한 마시지를 받았습니다! :)

Excellent stay!

We spent 3 nights at this cozy resort and we loved it! From extremely friendly staff, very clean and beautifully decorated rooms, to very good spa services with a lovely field view, beautiful garden and delicious food available 24h. It is located at 15min walking distance to the centre and taxi drivers are available around the clock in the parking. All in all, we would definitely recommend staying here!
