「Could not make ANY changes due to booking through expedia. Pull out couch was super uncomfortable but due to the fact that it was booked through a "3rd" party the hotel could not help us make any changes to make the stay more comfortable. The staff were all very kind regarding our concerns and gave us multiple extra blankets to try and help. We will not be booking through Expedia again for this reason.」

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」

「​I recently stayed at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson on Cynthia Street in Saskatoon, and while it wasn’t a terrible experience, there are definitely areas that need improvement. ​The Room The most disappointing part of the stay was the condition of the bedding. Upon arrival, I noticed some visible stains on the linens. While the bed itself was comfortable enough, seeing stains on "fresh" sheets is never a great first impression. Additionally, the climate control unit in the room...
