"Spent a week at this hotel and it was worth it. The room was clean, and the room temperature could be adjusted to your liking. Friendly staff speaks Spanish and English. My room card was not working, and they fixed it fast. Free towels for the beach and heated pool. Great food. I ordered some food from the room service menu, and it did not disappoint. The view from the rooftop pool is great, and the espresso coffee from the rooftop bar is good. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that the Wi-Fi was spotty/weak (would come and go), and I could not get some of my schoolwork done. Eventually, the Wi-Fi was strong enough to get it done. Also, the walls' soundproofing is not the best; you could hear the other rooms, but it is tolerable. Other than that was a great experience and nothing that would ruin your Rio trip."
