The bed in our room is uncomfortable and worn out. Very friendly and professional staff. The doorman, bellhops, and elevator attendant's uniforms look excellent."

"We had Club Lounge access during our stay and couldn’t have been happier with the service. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were incredibly welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, particularly when it came to making our stay comfortable with our two kids. The Club Lounge was a real highlight, with excellent service and a relaxed atmosphere. The team went above and beyond to look after us and made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend the Club Lounge experience, especially for families."
