「Whilst it’s not in St Helier Town, the hotel has a minibus facility which runs from the hotel to the Town centre. Car hire customers will have no problem accessing free parking outside the hotel entrance. Rooms are a bit dated but scrupulously clean and the shower is clean and towels plentiful and regularly (daily) changed. 「Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. 「The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful.」
