"Great, central location in Winchester with restaurants all around within 1-2 minutes walk. Great coffee machine, comfortable bedding and friendly and helpful staff. I also loved the addition of Monacle by reception! Great taste!"

"I’m so disappointed with this arrived and it was not even close to what I was expecting from the booking. Not to mention that I had to wait outside for nearly an hour and a half as someone else had taken my room and I had not been given any information on how to enter the property keys, et cetera. Once I finally got hold of The guy in charge, he was not very pleasant to deal with or very welcoming. Due to the issues leading up to this point, I ended up booking somewhere else as just did not feel safe staying here with my baby. I would never say here again!!!!!!!!!"
