フロントの対応がとにかく最悪でした。 ・担当者によって回答内容が変わる ・他の宿泊者の部屋に案内される。 ・チェックイン・アウトの手続きが時間がかかる。 ・カードキーが何度も使えなくなる 文句を伝えても、「よくあることです」と言われて、反省する素振りもありませんでした。 もう二度と使わないと思います。

Overall - Great Value

Hotel staff were attentive and lobby staff were always hospitable. The hot buffet breakfast included a large assortment of food and beverage options with dedicated staff to prepare made-to-order eggs, omelets, and pancakes. For afternoon and evening eating options the hotel connects directly to the TerasKota Mall which includes both cafes and restaurants (Western and Asian) and a medium-sized grocery. Overall this is a clean hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Be aware that the Superior Room does not include a mini-fridge. For those who like to charge their phone during the night, I also didn't find a wall electrical outlet near the bed night stand.

Convenient as next to a mall

I checked in almost midnight. Did not get a chance to really enjoy the facilities. In the room there is boiling flask, sugar, cream but I am surprise there is no coffee / tea bags provided. Overall the stay is fine and the reception staff is friendly.

Night At Santika Hotel

Quite good experience.. but the noise from outside could be heard till the room that made quite diffiicult to sleep well. Service is awesome.

Downgraded facilities yet good service

This hotel is right in the centre of Tangerang area and opposite to the Teres Kota Shopping Centre which is very convenient for meals. The hotel itself is already downgraded, the facilities are old and the worst thing is ALL the bed sheets and blankets get mouldy (because upon arrival, seeing the moulds on the sheet, I requested the housekeeping to change the sheet but the new one was still mouldy). In return, the staff here is friendly and helpful.

Short stay nothing flashy.

Room was clean, but toilet design including flushing bowl system could be better. Breakfast was great variety, and the mall has many local food choices - it is food galore.
