Travelio, the company who runs this operation is very unprofessional. Expedia should review having them on their platform. Difficult to organise to meet with the person to hand the keys! NO INTERNET for the duration! I messaged them and they offered unsatisfactory responses and passed me 2 different numbers to message and neither responded!
