"The only issue I have is the communication between staff. On several occasions I’ve been granted a late check out and each time the cleaning staff, followed by an unknown male employee have come banging on my door. The male, who I haven’t gotten a look at, is very rude. Otherwise I enjoy staying here and have given the hotel many compliments on its cleanliness and staff. "

"No complaints other than the one dark haired woman with the heavy accent. I’ve stayed here several times and each time this woman has either questioned if I’m a guest or has given me a hard time about my service animal. This one specific time I offered to present documentation for the animal and she refused to see it. She then proceeded to ask me what the service animal was for. I told her I have the animal for medical reasons and she’s asked, “for alerting”, I answered yes and she proceeded with questions, explaining to me that she is allowed to ask two questions. Not only did she refuse to see documentation that was OFFERED to her but I answered all of her questions. There was no reason for her to become argumentative. If documentation is offered and refused, that should really be the end of it. "
