"I was very disappointed that you have discontinued your breakfast. I understand the staffing and expense side, and that is I’m sure considerable. However the convenience for your guests is also very considerable. The option you have in place is both expensive and not very appetizing. ( it was not a good meal) Everything else about your hotel is really very very good. I hope you reconsider your decision to end the breakfast. An extra charge, along with a reduction in wasted food and portioned products would go a long way. Even with a wait time to have the food ready is better than downstairs. But I would guess the rent they pay helps you out too. Use their space for the breakfast and open the upstairs to something else. Something else would work here and I’d love it if it could be found."

"No we open the curtains and there was a guy peeing right there and they messed up are reservations gave us the wrong room twice til I found the email then they gave us the right room so was not happy "

"The shuttle driver that took me to the airport on Friday morning, 4/3, was very new to driving and extremely cautious. The trip to the airport was okay, but took a long time to get there. The same trip with traffic would have been a little uncomfortable, but I'm sure he will get better with more practice."
