「We loved the room’s view, privacy, easy access, on-site dining and at 78 loved the tram going up to the bridge…we went back everyday! (We were able to go down the stairs at the top and squeeze through the passage to stand under the bridge but that was a challenge for us.) They also have cabins but the ones we saw had huge staircases to get to them. I would love to swim in the huge pool when it is open.」

「Nice place to to stay for the night while traveling. Would have appreciated a WIFI password as our phones did not have an internet connection. Other then that it was a pleasant stay. Nice shower!」

「Terrible service the send my room twice and a person entry in my room by 3am, and after that can’t sleep any more, l call service desk and they say sorry we move the person to different room. That is disrespectful. That hotel is very unsafe; something else could have happened. And even with that, they double-charged me, I'm still fighting to resolve to this day.」

「Overall, everything was great! The mountain views were beautiful, and the place had a cozy, rustic feel. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The lake and pool were drained since it was the off-season, but that was totally fine—we just needed a place to stay while visiting family. The only things I wish the room had were a mini fridge and microwave. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again and explore more , especially once the season starts.」

「Oh my sweet mother of snap was this a disaster. They don't mention on the website they are undergoing massive renovations on EVERY floor, (which by the way are sorely needed). You have to work your way around construction materials and crew to get to your room. When we went in to my mothers room it smelled like R Kelly had a party there. We had to go buy disinfectant spray to help counter the smell. I was lucky when I went to check in that there was someone at the desk because for the...
