Dirty. Old and in poor condition. Room was very musty smelling and damp. When we moved to another hotel our clothes were damp from the extremely high humidity in the room. walls and the people walking in the room above us sounded live a herd of elephants. The staff were nice.

Nice suite tucked away in a private hallway with a full jacuzzi in the spacious room. The bed was a little hard for me but some like it that way! The breakfast was outstanding!

This is a very clean a safe place to stay. Staff was very attentive to our needs. The only problem we had was the hot water in the shower. Was not hot enough. Thank you.

Room was very nice. Breakfast was very good. I accidentally left my I pad in room. A lady called me a while after I checked out to let me know. They mailed it to me. I appreciated it very very much. We had stayed there before this and will again.

I reserved a room with a king size bed. Got checked in with no problems. Went to my room and it had 2 queen size beds. I went back to let the receptionist know. She stated that she didn’t know if she had any king’s left. However, after checking, she gave me another key card to the type of room that I paid for. Not sure why I didn’t get that room to begin with.

The breakfast was amazing! The lady who handled the breakfast area was nice and very clean. The day staff was cool. We stayed 4 nights/ 3 days my hubby got food poisoning from a local restaurant. Our car broke down and in between all of this happening we never received housekeeping. And we had asked Night Shift for towel change out and toilet paper never received it. We ended up having to buy some. Just felt like Night Shift stayed on there phone or smoked the entire shift

Facilities and Maintenance need improvement.

The entire staff were GREAT & FRIENDLY! Which you will always find in the Mountains. Hotel was very clean. My room pool and elevator is another story. Pool was closed do to pump issue. No big deal. Had issues getting into the room with intermittent lock issues. After 5 minutes, hot water wasn't happening in the shower at 4am. I believe the elevator is in need of some routine maintenance. Opening and closing of the door sounded really rough. I did mention these issues to the clerks. Maybe they might get them fixed in short order now that they know.
