Pedi água quente para chimarrão só podem fornecer de manhã na hora do café, demais horários não tem como esquentar. Pedi arrumação do quarto e quando voltei tinham usado meus fones de ouvido Bluetooth e ainda deixaram fora do case. Enfim, no checkout foi só jogar a chave numa caixinha e nada mais.」
