There are 80 steps I had to take with two 20 kg bags. That is just insane. They don't tell you that at the time of booking. Also, the description of the Azul room is incorrect on Expedia. 「Das Zimmer war leider sehr klein und nicht besonders sauber. Außerdem war die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr begrenzt. Dennoch gibt es Pluspunkte für das sehr freundliche Personal, dass unser Gepäck sowohl vor als auch nach dem Check-In bzw. Check-Out aufbewahrt hat und bei einer Störung unserer Klimaanlage innerhalb weniger Minuten eine gute Lösung für uns gefunden hat. Zudem erhält mein kostenlos Zugang zum circa 200 Meter entfernten Fitness Studio, das sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Leider war die...

「Las habitaciones son buenas para descansar; la limpieza, la iluminación y la ventilación son de mucho valor! El desayuno siempre variaba y había muchas opciones para escoger! La zona es muy amena y ofrece muchas posibilidades para pasear, comer, dirigirse a la playa, comprar, etc. Definitivamente volvería!」

「Room had tiny little space to move for 3 people. Door did not lock properly. It would open automatically. Informed several times but I found to days door was open all the way for whole day after the room was serviced and o had all my personal uses stuffs and luggage open for everyone in the floor passing by my room!! 」

「The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so patient, friendly, and kind. It is a very good and accessible location as well, right near the bus and being in centro I could go anywhere. The rooftop was very comfortable and beautiful and the gym was adequate. The room was clean for the most part but the floors were dirty and there was a small amount of mold.」
