The staff were really nice and very helpful throughout my stay. Housekeeping was a little unusual, as I had to ask them to come and touch up the room instead of it being done automatically. The shower also doesn’t have a door, so quite a bit of water splashes out and can make a mess in the bathroom. Aside from those minor issues, everything else was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place."

"We stayed here for the month of February, 2026. WiFi and AC were excellent. The grounds are beautiful, in a quiet residential neighbourhood on the 4th hole of a golf course. Our room was spacious and clean, but tired (corroded taps, wobbly door handles, wobbly fridge, many cracked tiles, a small (and not Smart) TV. We had lots of hot water. The king size bed is firm and comfortable. The single beds are short and meant for children.
All rooms have a large outdoor patio or balcony. The staff is fabulous and friendly. The pools are cleaned regularly, and are usually not busy. There is a lovely, shaded gazebo for a quiet read, or a larger gathering (we only saw one family gathering in our 1 month stay).
It is about a 30 minute walk to the beach and to Ixtapa's restaurants and shops, but only an 80 peso, short taxi ride. Having a car or bicycle would be helpful if you want to go into town regularly. It is not on the bus route."
