I’ve stayed at this location over 10 times in the past 15 years. I love to visit! The staff is super friendly and very attentive. It has the best pool in all of Ixtapa. It’s small but very clean and has everything you need for a nice relaxing vacation. Looking forward to returning next year!

Very clean and the people there are very friendly and nice! I don’t really care for the fountain running all the time, but that is personal opinion! It looks nice, but noisy and sometimes makes the walkway slippery.

We really do like the hotel.

We loved the layout, the service at the restaurant, and the different areas to hang out. Felt reception should explain things more.. Didn't tell us we needed to ask for a safe key, in which the phone didn't work so I had to go ask. No big deal but it should have been covered. The food was cool the 1st 2 days. Our last night (Friday) the food was delicious. I'm sorry but the snack bar was not good. I understand I'm American but when I asked for the tortilla chips the lady grabbed them turned around and dumped some disgusting liquid cheese all over them making them almost uneatable.

We were at the Posada for 2 weeks. All inclusive. The food for a buffet was the best I think in the 20 years that we have been at Ixtapa. We have stayed at several other hotels, but we prefer the Posada. It feels more family then the others. A lot of the staff have been there for years and remembered us. We like that the hotel is small and we don't spend time waiting for the elevator. The staff are all friendly and the hotel is very clean. Highly recommend. There are two pools and since the hotel is small it is not crowded. At many of the hotels the beach chairs are practically touching each other. I really think you would like this place.

The first two nights I couldn't sleep because of musty smell and the Room was spoiled. Besides, for an all inclusive resorts the Food is very basic. Also the Swimming pool had slime, not very clean. The wifi signal is poor.
