I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. 「It was perfect for the purpose of our trip of the Silverstone race, a bit far to the Milton Keynes station but everything in the hotel was perfect」

「Needs TLC, not enough staff. Lounge bar area had dirty tables, glasses cleared but not wiped. Hospitality tray milk had gone off and was solid. Glass shelf in bathroom falling off wall, sink was blocked took ages for water to dissappear. Shower tray waste blocked water did not go down, it overflowed into bathroom. Used the bath towels to mop it up. 」
