「The reception staff were very friendly. There was no soap holder in the bathroom so had to leave wet soap to skid around the bench top. The Ivanhoe Quest was situated well for the train which made it easy to get in and out of the city. I thought it was very expensive, but then I did not spend that much time in the room itself. I paid for the convenience of location for the events I went to.」

「The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.」

「Inner facilities: Very comfortable to stay with adequate equipments and space for a family. Location is convenient with walking distance to Preston market and station.」

「Great location, spacious and quiet room, comfy bed」

「it is a very special living experience which is like a co-working place and meanwhile front counter's service is friendly, hotel staying is cozy.」

「The room itself is small but tidy and clean. However, we are allocated in front of the access door to the stairs, and we could hear the noise of closing the door very loudly and sudden on and off especially during later at night. Therefore, I may suggest to avoid staying in a room close to the stair access for a better sleep at night. Other than that, it’s all good, and the Bluetooth speaker is nice and convenient to use in the room.」

「Great Value for the price, location and room size.」
