Enfim pontos a melhorar bastante」

「staff forgot to give me extra key to keep AC running in the room」

「This is how they handle bedding: a flat sheet is used as the only cover for the mattress, and then a shared blanket with yellow stains and dirty spots is placed on top. This is absolutely disgusting. I honestly can’t stand it. It seems to be the same all across the Americas. The hygiene standards are terrible.」

「Nice and helpful staff. Good location. Clean and comfortable bed. 」

「Rooms were clean staf was friendly breakfast was good.overall good」

「I stayed for two nights. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, very convenient. The staff is excellent, room is clean with excellent bed! Hotel breakfast and restaurant are great! Would love to stay again next time! 」

「Our room was decent. We had hot shower. Though the air-con was not working. Good breakfast. But the staff couldn't speak Eng. We couldn't get any information from them.」

「Everything was great, except a room」

「Good services, location is very convenient, breakfast has good varieties of food, the lady for excursion is very helpful 」
