I had an excellent stay here, mostly because the customer service is truly outstanding. The staff is friendly, helpful, and really goes above and beyond. The room is small, but it’s clean, modern, and brand new. Just note: the shower has a clear glass door, so there’s basically no privacy. Perfect for one person, but something to consider if you’re sharing the room. If you’re a light sleeper, be aware that you can hear some noise from outside not terrible, but noticeable. The location is amazing super convenient and easy to get around. If you have the local bus card, it’s a quick walk to public transport. If not, just keep in mind you’ll likely need to use Uber to get around more comfortably. I also loved the kitchen area, where you can store your food and use the tea/coffee machine. Overall, despite the small room and minor noise, the incredible customer service, convenient location, and modern aesthetic make this a place I’d highly recommend.

Excelente estrutura, péssimo isolamento acústico

Fiquei bastante satisfeito com a excelente qualidade da construção, estrutura e atendimento. Fui muito bem recebido e o hotel está impecável. A limpeza poderia ser um pouco melhor, pois notei areia no chão. O ponto que me impedirá de retornar é o barulho excessivo, que foi constante durante toda a noite, impossibilitando o descanso, que é o principal objetivo de um hotel. Além disso, a configuração do box no quarto de casal pode ser um inconveniente para hóspedes que não se conhecem.

Experiência frustrante. Chegamos e as cápsulas estavam sujas com pó de obra. É inadmissível e disseram que não havia ninguém para limpar. As tomadas USB não funcionavam. Tentaram nos transferir para um quarto inferior, sem banheiro. Meus filhos dormiram sozinhos num quarto sem banheiro, pois já era 22h. A "cozinha compartilhada" não tem utensílios, nem chaleira. O banheiro é minúsculo, transparente e sem privacidade. Pedi algo simbólico para o aniversário da minha filha e prometeram, mas nada foi feito. Hotel mal gerenciado, muita propaganda e pouca estrutura.

Gostaria de deixar registrado meu elogio ao hotel e toda a equipe! Desde o momento da chegada até o check-out, fui recebido com muita cordialidade, atenção e profissionalismo. As instalações são impecáveis — tudo muito limpo, organizado e confortável. O ambiente é acolhedor temático recém inaugurado, muito bem estruturado, com mobílias novas, aconchegante, estilo canadense, com iluminação moderna nas áreas comuns e nos quartos com muita sofisticação, cozinha nova para os hóspedes fazerem alimentos rápidos, contendo geladeira, microondas, chapa, torradeira, máquina de café. Um destaque especial vai para a equipe: o gerente super atencioso, as atendentes foram extremamente prestativas, simpáticas e prontas para ajudar.
