Relation between price and what you get is good. You have supermarket close to the property and also bus stop to go to every where. Breakfast is middle range, quality of the product and options could improve.

Manutenção deixa a desejar. Uma coisa são as fotos no site do hotel, outra coisa é a realidade. Acho que voces tem que chamar atenção da rede Andrade para melhorar as condições do hotel. A localização do mesmo é excelente, mas acredito que vão melhorar tendo em vista que Foz do Iguaçu, em breve, será o maior destino turístico do Brasil em função das obras de infraestrutura que estão acontecendo na cidade.

Minha experiência teve pontos positivos e negativos. O café da manhã foi bom e a localização excelente. Porém, encontrei problemas que precisam de atenção: havia barata no banheiro, a bacia sanitária estava danificada e chegou a machucar, a descarga era muito dura, os elevadores demoravam demais pelo prédio ser alto e sem sincronismo. Além disso, a equipe de limpeza entrou no quarto logo após tocar a campainha, sem aguardar resposta, o que foi desconfortável. A recepção também precisa ser mais atenciosa. Creio que, com melhorias nesses pontos, a estadia pode ser bem melhor.

Prédio velho, me senti na casa da minha avó, móveis velhos, lajotas quebradas, furos nas paredes com as buchas penduradas, chuveiro velho sem manutenção. Elevadores apertados, velhos e sistema antigo, paravam em todos os andares mesmo que os hóspedes já tenham entrado em outro elevador. Café da manhã com produtos de qualidade inferior. Os sucos pareciam Tang feito com água de torneira. Pra ficar ruim tem que melhorar muito a estrutura. Tive dúvidas na reserva e tentei me comunicar com o hotel - isso é impossível - nenhum canal de atendimento funciona, telefone, whatsapp, nada. O único quesito agradável é a simpatia e atendimento dos funcionários. Fora isso o ponto positivo desse hotel fui na hora de ir embora.

Café da manhã bem simples, não tinha queijo branco, apresuntado ao invés de presunto. Muito barulho no hotel, banheiro muito ruim, faltou água no primeiro dia e não tiveram a capacidade de abastecer com caminhão pipa, esperaram a prefeitura restabelecer a noite. Elevador de filme de terror, muito ruim, um dos dias ele parava num andar acima do que era solicitado, e como o meu quarto era no 3 ele parou entre os andares 3 e 4, onde não há elevador, e abriu a porta para outra porta fechada, enroscaram as portas. A cama de casal são 2 camas de solteiro costuradas. Amenities de baixíssima qualidade, toalhas mofadas. De bom é a localização, os lençóis e fronhas e o ar condicionado.

Instalações do hotel bem antiga, necessita de muita manutenção (pisos fofos, vazamento no banheiro, a água do chuveiro acaba na hora do banho), o wi-fi quase nunca funciona, a televisão funciona só 3/4 canais (solicitamos manutenção para funcionar), enxoval (travesseiro e cobertor) são muito ruins, café da manhã muito, muito simples. Os funcionários são educados e atenciosos, mas diante de tanto problema eles não tem como agradar o cliente. No geral não gostamos da nossa estadia, não recomendamos e não voltaremos. Ponto positivo: área da piscina.

A localização é ótima, de frente ao terminal de ônibus, ao redor das principais avenidas, restaurabte mercados por perto. Poderiam cuidar mais do ambiente, é um prédio antigo qie ficou com cara de velho. Se a intenção é ficar por conta própria e localização é bom custo benefício. Poderiam melhorar o café da manhã. Acrescentar banana, pão de queijo coisas simples mas que não estivesse duro como alguns dias o pão estava, de envelhecido mesmo, o suco tinha um gosto bem esquisito, poderia ser ao menos de polpa. Poderiam fazer mais pontos de tomada nos quartos. Mas pra quem usa pra dormir, está ok.

Bom Hotel, vale pela localização estratégica.

Escolhi o Mirante pela localização estratégica ao lado do Terminal Urbano de Foz. Da pra pegar ônibus pra toda parte de Foz, Paraguai, Argentina e até pro Aeroporto. O Hotel é antigo e necessita dar atenção a umas manutenções básicas, mas achei que valeu a pena pelo custo benefício. O café é bem servido e a área da piscina é legal. A única ressalva é que dá pra ouvir barulho dos outros quartos.

Falta de profissionalismo pela atendente do hotel.

Tenho o hábito de me hospedar nesse hotel, só não escolhendo ele quando não há disponibilidade ou preço muito aquém do que vale. Nessa última estadia tive um péssimo atendimento, por conta da recepcionista que me atendeu por volta das onze da manhã, onde ja me tratou com indiferença, me informando que o Check in era somente a partir das 14:00, eu não me importei pois como tenho compromissos guardo meus pertences e ao retornar subo ao quarto. Só que ela demonstrou pelo não verbal, eu ter informado a situação do banheiro que era pessima, pois informei q já que não havia disponibilidade de quarto naquele horário eu precisava me trocar, e fui ao banheiro do lobby e ele estava imundo. Ao informar a ela, da situação deplorável do banheiro a mesma me tratou com indiferença. Ao retornar para o Check in, estava na fila e ela ao finalizar o atendimento, eu estava na frente dela, a mesma fez que não me viu, e foi atendendo outra pessoa, e eu informei que estava ali aguardando, quando me respondeu? Ah vc estava na fila? Preferi guardar minha insatisfação pois não levaria a nada. Ela não satisfeita e percebendo minha insatisfação, me colocou em um pessimo quarto, onde eu abrindo a janela dava de frente a outro prédio a menos de 20 metros aproximadamente de distância. Preferi não contestar e aceitei as condições para não criar caso. Acredito que se você não está satisfeito com seu trabalho, deve procurar algo que te faça feliz, e não descontar suas frustrações em outro.
