Everything was absolutely dirty. I felt like in a horror movie where you know you’ll die. No double lock, mold everywhere, cockroaches, pillow already orange of dirty, not even the mirror was clean.

Creeria que por el Valor ofrecido que fue bajo, me toco una habitación mas que Terrible, que No me puedo quejar, pero No hace Alusión a la publicidad, solo eso… La sección que me colocaron es muy antigua y no tenían Elevador y yo justo con problemas de Columna tuve que llevar mi maleta por las escaleras, yo No pedi ayuda pero también No me fue Ofrecida!! La ubicación muy buena, cerca de todo y la atención también muy amable y ágil el personal!! Pero realmente fue el mejor/menor precio!! Esa experiencia si me gusto!!

Hotel péssima qualidade, pra quem vai com a família não vale a pena! Cheguei o quarto estava sujo, esqueceram de limpar, por toalhas, lençóis! Água acabou! Chegamos cansados dos passeios e ficamos sem água, tivemos que dormir sem banho de um passeio de um dia todo nas cataratas etc Péssimo péssimo

Ficamos sem água praticamente os 4 dias de hospedagem. Para banho disponibilizaram um banheiro “ comunitário “ que é usado pelos funcionários. Fazíamos fila de hóspede com seus utensílios de banho e toalhas na recepção e esperávamos a fila para tomar banho, a vergonha. Teve dia q teve água mas após se molhar e iniciar o banho a água acabou e tivemos q ir no banheiro comunitário de toalhas pelo hotel, estava com 2 crianças. Pedimos solução, a gerência não fez nada, alguns andares tinha água, mas no nosso não, escovar os dentes ou tomar banho era maratona a qualquer horário do dia. Nunca imaginei usar banheiro comunitário, me senti num posto de combustível implorando para tomar banho. Nunca passei tanta raiva e vergonha numa viagem. O que era para ser uma viagem de turismo virou um pesadelo.

Eu fiz a reserva da nossa estadia pelo Booking. As fotos mostravam um hotel aconchegante, com mobília nova. Porém, o hotel não é apenas muito velho, como também é mofado e sujo desde a escada: tudo encardido, sem elevador. O quarto tinha apenas uma tomada, que era usada pelo frigobar, ou seja, não havia opção para carregar outros aparelhos. Os funcionários são bem prestativos, mas, por serem poucos, estavam visivelmente muito cansados. Não gostei e não indico

Boa tarde. Tecnicamente fomos bem atendidos, mas senti falta da cordialidade, o rapaz foi muito seco. Percebemos que o hotel está em reforma, acredito que ficará bom após o término. O estacionamento é pequeno. O café da manhã é muito bom. Ficaria novamente neste hotel. Obrigada.
