terrible service, avoid

really bad experience. The boarder was closed and this hotel didn't have people to speak english. we spoke spanish and refused to help out. they were not willing to give us a refund either. I don't recommend a place with bad service and attitude.

Café da manhã nos 4 dias a mesma coisa, variedade de pães e bolo, salgado muito pouca opção, o pessoal da recepção não sei o nome, mas são da parte da tarde, são excelentes, fica bem próximo ao terminal rodoviário e próximo ao Paraguai, um ponto ruim é que chegou ônibus muito cedo lá, aí acordamos bem cedo, uma dica, pedir os quartos do fundo, pq os da frente é bem barulhento, mas num todo o hotel e bom sim e nos atendeu.

Hotel bom mas com observações

Um breve resumo sobre nossa estadia, avisando que foi bom sim ter ficado no hotel, mas teve algumas situações que poderia ter sido evitadas. Ficamos hospedados por 4 dias no hotel no feriado do carnaval. Nos primeiros dois dias ficamos em um dos quartos que aprensentou vazamento no teto do banheiro, ja estava inclusive todo embolorado, bem ruim mesmo e o quarto tinha cheiro de inseticida, o frigobar estava sujo por dentro com pequenos pelos ou cabelos e deixaram apenas uma toalha de banho que parecia inclusive bem velha, já tinha sido usada algumas vezes, mas estava lavada ( obs estavamos em casal) No segundo dia pedimos para trocar de quarto que era melhor, mais silencioso e mais limpo. As areas externas do contrário dos quartos eram muito boas, piscina bem bacana, café da manhã muito bom, com bastante variedades e o atendimento de todos foi impecável, fomos muito bem recebidos e atendidos durante todo o período. Vale a pena pelo valor da estadia, acredito que o hotel precise de uma reforma geral, pois é bem antigo.

Hotel simples e antigo

Hotel bom porém com quartos simples e antigos. Controle remoto do ar condicionado não funciona bem. Hotel na beira da rodovia, com muito movimento e barulho. O café da manhã é bom, mas sempre as mesmas coisas todos os dias.

O quarto era minúsculo, o banheiro então, parecia uma caixa de fósforo, sem nenhuma janela e circulação de ar. A cama de "casal" foram juntadas duas de solteiro, o que ficou completamente desconfortável. O ar condicionado demorou a gelar. Freegobar não havia nada dentro, tinha que solicitar na recepção se quisesse beber algo. O hotel não tem elevador, então se vc está com muitas malas e sacolas fica totalmente cansativo. Lençóis e toalhas amarelados. O café da manhã é servido somente as 7h, pra uma cidade turística é muito tarde. Só não troquei de hotel porque não fui a passeio.

A estrutura do hotel é precária. Os funcionários da recepção são simpáticos, mas pouco podem fazer diante da falta de estrutura na equipe. A limpeza é fraca, todos os dias nos tivemos que reclamar de algo.

Quando cheguei solicitei um quarto silencioso e logo a recepcionista fez a troca para mim. O hotel é agradável, o colchão é confortável. Com relação a barulho, fica um barulho de motor durante a noite, mas não é tão insuportável, dá para dormir.O café da manhã era gostoso e tinha variedade. O local da piscina era agradável também. A localização depende de onde a pessoa tem interesse em ir, eu estava em um evento próximo.
