All new rooms .... a little small in size but very nice !! Beautiful decore and materials very nice bedding and towels ... great shower ! Large refrigerator and as microwave.... there will be a roof top restaurant soon ... and the roof top pool is great ... with the best views of Jakarta"

"It was a wonderful stay , very clean and comfortable bed and bathroom. I had stayed in queen room , would have preferred some more space in room between cot and reading desk , it was a bit cramped. but overall AC and comfort of room was good. and will stay again in same place when I come back"

"Great family stay at Kristal Hotel!
We really enjoyed our time at Kristal Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the start, and the place felt clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious enough for the whole family, and the beds were really comfy.
Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the kids loved it. The location was also great — close to shops and restaurants but still nice and quiet at night. Everything was easy and stress-free, which made our trip even better.
We’d definitely stay here again next time we visit. Highly recommend for families!"

"I had a very disappointing experience at Teduh Simatupang. The hygiene standards were far below expectations. The bed had visible stains, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. Even worse, I noticed signs of a rat infestation in and around the property—something that should never happen in any living space. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless major improvements in cleanliness and pest control are made.
